Not charging UPD: Received a new baby monitor
After 5 months of using it, it stopped charging. Also prior to that moment, it started to display the wrong temperature in the room.UPD: I am updating my review to add a note that I reached out to the customer service and they were really helpful (shout out to the customer rep Nancy). They asked to send a photo or video of the problem, I shot a video of the baby monitor not charging and they shipped me a new one the very next day. Adding stars for the customer service, will see if the new product lasts!
