Pro tip! Unscrew the six screws and take off the shiny aluminum center piece and grind it down on a grinder of sand it down about 1/32 inch on the outside edge and all Nikon AI lenses will fit once its reassembled.

Great customer service!!
Had an issue with a piece that was messed up, reached out to the seller and they were fast to reach out, they were very responsive and super Nice. They were able to determine the item was defective (not their fault), and were extremely fast in sending a replacement. Would recommend 10 out of 10. The lock is awesome and super nice looking was not hard to install and works very well.

New phone issues
I want to love this lock, but I got a new phone….. and now I can’t use the app to change codes etc!!!! They don’t send the verification code until the middle of the night and it has to be entered within 60 minutes. I’ve reached out for help, no response. I am very unhappy.Update: the company reached out and remedied the situation

Love it! Buying more soon!
Wonderful device and so easy to install. Took me about half hour to install, and another half hour for setup of features. Needed some support with install and customer service was amazingly responsive and supportive. Plan to buy more of these very soon to install on other exterior doors of my home!
