I had a slight problem with the lock because I left out the pin but Fiona emailed me with instructions back and force until we figured out. The installation was very easy but all the options you get to unlock and lock your door is excellent. Then you get 6 backup keys just incase. This is excellent for the grandkids to come and I don't have to struggle to get up to open the door. I really love this door lock and I highly recommend it for the lock and customer care. Especially for school kids. I don't have to worry about them losing my door keys. I had others but this one is by far the best one I have had.

Great Smart Lock, love the passage way mode
Love this SMONET smart Lock, it's installed on my garage entry door. It was easy to install, did have to drill 1 small hole with the included drill bit. Lock was packaged beautifully & had all the hardware & a small phillips head screwdriver.I love the passage way mode, it allows the lock to stay unlocked during hours you set. That way if you are in & out garage you don't have to constantly keep unlocking. It works with code, fungerprint, fob, key, app (gateway needed). Would definitely purchase this brand again.Also needed customer service and worked with 2 ladies who were helpful. Louise & Anita.

Great service
I need to have this lock open for a period for time while my hours are different than any normal business. I couldn't figure it out. I was about to send it back but someone had called. Although there was a differnt language barrier, she was very patient and helped me figure it out so that it would work perfectly for my business and odd hours.I love this lock1

Responsive customer service
Have purchased several of these for rental units. They have functioned well without any significant issues. One had to be replaced, but SMONET was very responsive and quickly sent us a new lock.

I originally had troubles with this lock. I came back to rewrite my review as the company has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. They are very diligent with their customer service!
