I bought these for my husband for Xmas. He hung them on the front of the garage.

I bought these lights to put on an outdoor shed where there is no power hence the solar ability and to light up a back yard. The lights are bright but they need to be in direct sunlight to charge the batteries. I found that this is the biggest drawback. We have had nearly 2 weeks of cloudy weather and the lights are not functioning well. The placement as mentioned above is on a shed with no access to power so being on the corners of the shed reduces drastically the available sunlight combined with cloudy weather and the lights are all but useless. When we do get a couple of back to back sunny weather days the lights charge up enough to get reasonable lighting when I walk back near the shed so I have reduced the on time to minimal and the sensitive level to low so as to conserve the energy. The solar panels are small and cannot be detached from the unit. At least I do not see how it can be done because there is no additional wiring to allow this.my recommendation is these are useful only if they get adequate sunlight to charge the lights and there is no long drain or usage requirement. Would I buy them again is hard to say, when ad if I need to replace them I will certainly look for an alternative.

Easy to install, bad thing is it swings too much, it makes you feel like your cellphone will fall down at any time when driving on rough streets

Easy to install. Beautiful switch upgrades, and wow... How much fun is it to turn the Lights on and off with Alexa? Slowly adding more and more of these switches and Pico remotes until the whole house is automated... This particular kit is great, in that it basically gives you the Smart Hub for free... Great price and savings when buying these items as a starter kit.

Easy to install. Love how my lights turn on when I come home. I can control them from my Apple Watch and Google Home. Dimmer worked on hallway recessed lights and dinning room lights.

My home wiring wasn't made for the newer devices so these really help me integrate my home. These switches and controllers need a hub to operate (Wish they could find a way to integrate with the echo directly).
