It was great...
It worked right out of the box and it worked great with the AnkerWork app. The picture quality was very clear and I had zero problems with the mic. However, I recently updated the firmware on it and it is now a paperweight. The computer is no longer able to detect it. Even the AnkerWork app can't even see that it is there. I've been emailing customer service but since their team is located on the other side of the world I have only gotten responses to my email in the middle of the night. It is looking like this will be a one email per day thing which is extremally slow.***Update***Anker quickly sent me a new camera to replace my broken one. The new one is working fine and I was surprised at how quickly they reacted when they found out I was having trouble.

Amazing! Small enough to fit in my room and very quite so I can fall asleep with it as well. My last one was super loud so this is nice

Great product, very easy to install. The auto-unlock feature is awesome (when it works... its buggy at times) and having them auto-lock when you leave the house is a great feature. I never have to worry about locking my door because it does it for me! Its also great for letting friends/family members in when your not at home. You need the $80 August Connect to lock/unlock it remotely and to get notifications about your door being opened/closed when your not home but paired with the connect its a great lock. Its very stylish and holds up well, it always starts a conversation when someone walks in. I've had one for over 2 years and have had no hardware issues. Sometimes the software can be buggy but they are constantly updating the app, Its a great addition to my smart home and a nice gadget to have... I would definitely recommend!

I wish it was compatible with Samsung TVs and DeX. More an issue with Samsung that Anker.

I like this little cube! I am on Zoom meetings 7 days a week. When I see myself highlighted when I speak I like how I look. Other speakers are in poor lighting and don’t look as good. I don’t mean to say that I am prettier or better looking than others overall but my appearance is definitely enhanced by this light! iIt really is all about lighting! I hesitated to buy it because it isn’t cheap but I have no regrets!
