Does anyone have a problem with recording video using the motion control? Mine just takes snapshots.

You are viewing the pics from Alarm menu. To view the actual video recordings, you need to be in the camera view then need to pull-up menu for “Playback”...You should see three arrows which us to pull up menu from camera view. Hope this helps. GL.
