Customer Service excellent
Had difficulty getting the lock to work with the Gateway. Shelly, in customer service was very helpful through a difficult process. She sent numerous emails giving me directions and also spent considerable time with me on the phone. She was terrific

Awesome
This particular look is better than he one that I have had for the past 10 years. It was also a keyless entry lock. I am very happy with this lock because of all of the features, easy installment and the price!!

Feel more secure
I no longer worry about forgetting my keys or letting trusted people in when I am gone. Sometimes we have to use the fingerprint two or three times before it works, but at least it always ends up working.

Wow, phenomenal customer service!
This is a great lock at a good price What is better is the amazing customer service that they provided, when I damaged the internals when the fingerprint reader failed to recognize me one wet day. Always remember to have a backup to the fingerprint. A cut or wrinkles can alter your prints so always have either a key or code or phone. If you do this you won't have a problem as I did, and need the great customer service they provided. I had a new lock in two days. Thank you.

Outstanding customer service
Thank you for reaching out. I have already received a new replacement lock from Amazon and am very happy with it.
