Good pictures - easy set up
i tried to email vanbar-service@outlook.com and received a return email saying it was not a valid email address . I was trying to use the wireless feature with the app to open the camera and see what pics/videos it has taken , as you see above i am connected but when i hit the camera button it says to confirm connection....i also then checked the photos/videos it shows none taken , when i manually review the ohotos/videos on the unit itself it showed several so i am wondering is the app not working or is the wifi interface not working??????

What more could you ask for?!
Very happy with this camera. Use it for fishing mostly amd some road trips and this camera does averything i wanted and pleasently suprised at all the extra features and accessories that comes with the purchase. Loved the build seems good quality and gives confidence in handling it, great user interface and love the physical buttons on the underwater case makes things way easier. Great camera especially considering the price!

Excellent Quality and Value!
This camera is a major upgrade over the AKASO BRAVE 4 camera I purchased 2 years ago. The build quality is excellent, and the amount of accessories included in the box adds immense value. I was very impressed by the image quality and the simplicity of setup; the batteries charged quickly, and the camera was ready to use within a minute. The external mic was a great purchase as well, easy to use and simple to attach/detach. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service
Update: within less than 48 hrs I had customer service contact me via email and offer either a full refund or a new camera. My son chose the new camera and it was here within 48 hrs! My son absolutely loved this gift and it worked awesome! Unfortunately after only charging it twice, the camera will no longer charge pass 1 bar and dies within a couple minutes

Go who??
Why would anyone buy those "other guys" when you can buy just as good of a camera for a fraction of the cost? This camera has all the features of a $500+ camera at my local Best Buy that wouldn't come with one single accessory. Bought this for my son to put on his monster truck to drive around and record videos and he LOVES it! Its virtual indestructible. Highly recommend!

Excellent Mini camera for the price!
Small, light, and excellent quality camera. I was looking for something similar to a ‘Go Pro’ but w/o the price tag in case anything happened to it on my recent beach vacation. A few of the features I love would be the app that allows you to control the camera via your phone, the 16MP photos, and no issues with underwater use. Overall, great camera- you can’t go wrong!

This a great camera. The set up was mostly straight-forward. I did ask customer service fro help accessing the camera from a PC and from a Mac laptop and they couldn't have been nicer and very interested in helping me. The follow-up and communication from Melisa Jones was fantastic. I would recommend this camera and this brand to others. Thank you Amcrest and thank you Mellisa!

Great for beginners!
I’ve never taken pictures before on a good camera. I looked up some videos on YouTube so I knew kind of what I was doing. It’s really easy to use and I love this camera.

All the functions of a professional security.
I like the fact that it was so easy to install and had so many useful functions, like two way speaker; zoom in and out; night vision; hd video and so much more. In my opinion it is the best camera you can buy for the price. I use it to view my front yard. I highly recommend this camera to anyone who is looking for a quality camera at the fraction of the price.
