I mainly use the camera for video calls through Skype and Zoom. The installation was super easy, and the camera quality is great. I also love the camera's base, as it can be adjusted to pretty much any angle that you want.

This is an update to my first review (below). After seeing the first review, the manufacturer contacted me and sent me a completely new camera at no additional charge. This is great customer service, so I have updated the rating to 4 stars (from 2 stars). I did not give it 5 stars, because of the quality of the camera housing, as I noted previously. That said, I have not used any other camera of this type, so I cannot compare its quality. Would I purchase this camera again? Probably would, based on the quality of the customer service and their desire to have a satisfied customer. I would be interested to compare its quality with that of the brand name version, though.First review:I used this camera soon after purchase on a vacation trip, and after a few uses the button on the side of the camera stopped working. This button is called the "down" button in the user's manual and one of its functions is to put the camera into wifi mode so that you can access it with your phone or pc. Unfortunately, the camera no longer has this functionality. I took great care of the camera while in use, but the camera housing and buttons seem pretty cheaply made. Other than that, the camera worked well, but I would not purchase this camera again. Too bad I just missed the return date.

Having being disappointed with a akaso brand camera over the past few years, I was looking for a replacement camera with more features and value. While this camera cost more than other brands except GoPro, I felt this camera has better features such as the ability to zoom in 8X. Having 3 batteries is a great feature of this camera as you don't want to run out of power while recording that scene. My previous camera had freezing issues and eventually stopped charging batteries. This is why I am glad the remali came with a battery charger. While most cameras have a 12mp rating, I like the 20mp rating of this remali. I found this to be the best action camera at a decent price on Amazon.

I purchased this camera as a way to keep an eye on my new puppy while I was at work. The picture is very clear and I am able to talk to my dog thru the camera which is awesome! I highly recommend this camera

I bought the camera for security for my car and it worked so well. This camera is small enough it fits in to many spots. Great camera with good picture quality & night vision. Good battery life. Just what I was looking for.

Good camera for the price. Beware if need support.I got the camera based on many users reviews of the camera and the price. When I got the camera and tried to connect it to the app it was giving me an error message that I could not figure out. I contacted support and got a reply the next day with a link to a video on how to pair the camera tried it but it did not work. Sent support a message letting them know I was not able to get the camera connected and they came back telling me that the camera WiFi was not meant for browsing the web. I replied back to them that I was not trying to do that and that I was following the steps to pair the camera to the app. It has been about three weeks and I have yet to get a response back. I have emailed them twice to get an update to avail.As for the camera it takes good quality videos and it comes with many accessories and love the fact that it comes with two batteries. Again biggest issue I had is with their support.

This camera is absolutely amazing this Camera works like it is a Canon camera this camera audio and video is so clear the zoom is perfect it does not pixelate when you zoom in close there is a lot of cameras out there that say they are 4K and they are really not this camera is really a 4K camera it does not disappoint it comes with tons of different features very easy to use if year a streamer blogger are just begin orYou're getting a full size high quality camera for a low price I suggest that you hurry up and get wanted before they sellout this is definitely a great buy it works as a great WebCam as well the battery life is great I use it for about 4-5 hours without any charge this is definitely a great investment check it out
