Great addition for my tripod
I am very impressed with this tripod arm. It is sturdy, feels substantial, and provides better reach than the other arms available.When extended, the arm is a little wobbly, but that's not surprising. I recommend using a remote cable release or the 10 second timer so that the camera does not jiggle when taking the picture.Under the "would be nice to have" category, I wish the ball head that comes with it had a quick release. I ended up taking the ballhead off my spare tripod and using that at the end of the arm.

Better than my previous tripod
My previous tripod compared to this one is so bulkier and heavier I can’t believe how it’s possible. This one is so light and easier to use, very nice!

Good value for my purposes. My first tripod.
It’s a very solid unit and I like that it had the Sony color. I use this for reviews, still shots and plan to use it for astrophotography. It holds the camera solid and is easy to adjust. It’s not the lightest in the world but I didn’t buy the carbon one. For the cost I feel there is good value.

Love My New Tripod
