This product is very versatile.
1. If you throw this on your camera it makes your smaller flashes very powerful.2. I used it for a 30 second exposure at the maximum ND and did find the x was in the image..I used live view and adjusted the shadow to add more depth to the image above where the darker "X" spot existed on the maximum darkness.3. i will buy from them all the agin..the quality of this tool for me as a professional photographer is perfect. It evens come with alit circular case to tuck into your pocket when it's not needed.4. It's also brilliant on the lens when using your DSLR for video work! It so much easier to spin the filter to adjust for the exposure instead of messing with your F stop or shutter speed.Bottom Line..this thing is useful and what a bargain.I've used very expensive Neutral Density filters in the past and this is better than those.30 second long exposures at Noon are so much fun..buy this and go play! It's a lot of fun to use.

Great light!
I really like this light for Zoom meetings. It is very bright but can be adjusted to very low. A variety of color warmth makes sure I can adjust to to most flattering setting easily. It is very sturdy. I like the light diffuser it came with and was pleasantly surprised that it came with a USB-C adapter so I can plug it right into one of the MacBook ports. The only thing holding me back from a 5 Star rating is that it is a bit heavy. Doesn't really matter as long as the hinges are you laptop are tight. Sometime if I tilt my laptop screen back too far, the heaviness of the light will not allow it to stay and will take it down the remaining 1/4" or so. Not a big deal though and if they made it any lighter it may not be as effective so maybe a trade-off. **UPDATE** No issues for me with suction/sticky cup staying put until removed it once to reposition, then it would stay put for more than 15 mins BUT I went in to Q&A here as saw someone provided solution which was to moisten it with water. I wiped down my laptop service with an alcohol wipe, moisten suction cup with a little water on my fingertips and VOILA! I stuck back on and hasn't fallen off once in the last 4 hours!

Good light options
I needed better lighting for Zoom meetings so I went all out for this product. It is effective and has different brightness settings, which is more important than I realised. Being able to adjust the brightness and the opaque cover helps ease any pressure on the eyes. Fitting to the back of my monitor was easy. Price was high. It's good, but not that good.
