beautiful carbon fibre
Very impressive, beautiful carbon fibre. Tall and robust with plenty of adjustment if needed. Good to have such height available too! I don't use a monopod normally, but may well start to do so as it is easy to detach and set up as a monopod.Really nice piece of equipment and I am really pleased with it.

Works as advertised.
So far it works as expected. I had the photive m90 previously and this looked like a carbon copy. So far works just as good.

Great scope had one before with a carbon fiber tub
Great scope had one before with a carbon fiber tube and loved it, only wish I had got the 11 inch but too heavy! Also they should have made this new one out of carbon fiber as well. The new alignment is great, pick any 3 bright stars or two stars or even a planet. Tech support is and alsways has been great, very important, Will is very helpful and warranty is good. Stick with Celestron you will be happy. Very satisfied customer , John Cooney

Smaller carbon footprint is multiplied
Our family focus for the past 40+ years has been to reduce the energy we use/pay for. This order through Amazon shopping has helped us reduce this in multiple ways: 1. Amazon combined this purchase in the same packaging as our monthly subscription order, thus reducing shipping, packaging, transportation and fuels; 2. These lights only come on when and where they are needed; 3. Brightness is easily adjustable putting more lumens where needed; and 4. Lights are compact and slim to the wall creating a safer environment - less close scrapes ripping them from the wall. One recommendation to AUVON is to provide the same product using LED power for light rather than induction to provide same lumens, brighter lighting with less wattage or energy use. The only other suggestion would be to use clearer labeling on your packaging. Let the costumer know high and low wattage and lumen equivelents in relationship to CFL, FLUORESCENT OR INCANDESCENT without having to look it up on Amazon. While INDUCTION energy is a better use of a product, it does lose efficiency qiucker/after 60,000 hours.

Works well, A little heavier than I wanted it ...
Works well, A little heavier than I wanted it to be, but does it the job and you don't have to pay for carbon fiber.

BEST TRIPOD ON THE MARKET!!
I am blown away by the quality workmanship put into this tripod at it's price!! The legs are a MASSIVE 40mm diametre thick Toray CF, high quality aluminium mounting plate (Would be BETTER it was Carbon Fibre as well, ;) ), it also came with a bowl (75mm) adapter, which is a nice addition for me for landscape photography. I have a Neewer aluminium Gimbal Head attached this tripod and I can't complain (yet). The height extension is very nice, I hate low tripods and this is perfect for me, I'm 6ft. It's actually too tall if fully extended, which is not a bad problem.. ;)You CAN NOT find a comparable tripod at this PRICE!! I combed the market for the last six months and have watched endless Youtube videos, this is the best for it's money. You can get the Innorel RT80C or RT85C for less $$ if this RT90C is overkill...which it probably is for most, I honestly was surprised how large the legs were. 40mm diameter is a pretty big leg on a tripod..but this also holds 80LBS !!!I'll be using this for sighting in my hunting rifles as well, it's that solid!!Thanks Innorel!! You have a new customer!!High Quality & High Value!Look forward to more Carbon Fibre products from Innorel !!

Pretty cool little camera for the price.
I've has a go pro before and this device ain't far from it. It's basically a carbon copy of a gopro minus the high price. I'm satisfied with it:)

Good compromise between height, weight and stabili
If you're looking for a reasonably light weight travel tripod with a decent height, without having to use the centre column, then the 68" Davis & Sanford TR684C-36 fits the bill fairly well. It's well built and the ball head is of surprisingly good quality but it has some limitations you need to be aware of.The specs list the maximum load for this tripod as 18 pounds but in my opinion that load is way past the tripods usable limits. This tripod is perfectly suited to mirrorless cameras and smaller DSLRs, particular when used with short lenses but if you have any ideas of using it with long lenses then this is not the tripod to use, unless those lenses have their own tripod mount to allow you to balance the load evenly over the ball head. The legs of the tripod are certainly capable of carrying the weight. The leg locks work perfectly with less than a quarter of a turn to lock and unlock them and they lock easily and smoothly with very little tightening pressure needed. The inherent weakness of this tripod is that it has an adjustable centre column made of carbon fibre and while carbon fibre is very strong for its weight, it flexes way more than aluminium and is simply not stable enough to support heavy loads without flexing, even when used in its lowest position. If they built this tripod without the centre column and attached the ball head directly to the centre plate I'm sure it would handle larger outfits easily and securely but it is what it is, and is basically designed as a travel tripod, and for that role it does the job very well.Being a light weight tripod it doesn't handle strong winds very well but the stability is improved dramatically when you hang some weight from the bottom of the centre column. For the price this tripod is very good value for money and I'm more than happy with my decision to buy it. The build quality is way ahead of what I expected when I ordered it.Update:Something I didn't mention above was that when the tripod arrived from Amazon the bonus short centre column, which was supposed to be included, was not in the package. There was some info in the package about registering the tripod with Tiffen, the company which makes (or markets?) the Davis & Sanford products, so I went online and registered it. Once registered I was able to submit a claim for the missing part under the warranty.Much to my surprise, less than 24 hours later I received an email from Tiffen regarding the missing piece, and following a couple of further emails they offered to send me a replacement, which arrived in the post a few days ago. In this day and age of faceless online sales this was totally unexpected but much appreciated.... excellent service! Also to my surprise, the short column was made from much sturdier aluminium, and not carbon fibre and with it installed, this goes some way to reducing the flex I wrote about above with the standard column.Since this tripod is just about the perfect height for me (without needing to raise the centre column) I will probably leave the short column installed permanently, although the downside to this is that it somewhat impedes the ability to fold the tripod down for compact travelling but for most of the time I can live with this compromise.Again, this tripod is excellent value for money!
