Great customer service
I originally purchased this back in February 25 to replace the ballhead on my tripod as needed something more precise for Astrophotography.
I was very happy with this item, seemed well made and felt solid for the reasonable price.
Unfortunately it recently developed a fault (after around 9 months) where i was no longer able to tighten the pan bolt. I contacted K&F via their website and explained the issue, they quickly replied and agreed to send a replacement to me free of charge, this was very important as I was due to go away in a few days and really needed this before i left, it arrived within 3 days and in time for my trip.
