Unfortunately, one battery is defective - but the customer service was very good.
Unfortunately, one of the two batteries was defective. To this day, I haven't received a response from KF to my inquiry.
Update: After my complaint was addressed, the service was very helpful, quick, and responsive. The batteries are otherwise very reliable, and I've been using KF batteries for years.
