The quality of the materials is there: once the clip is attached to the desk, nothing moves, even with a heavy DSLR equipped with an impressive lens. The height of the column is easy to adjust and does not drop by one millimeter when tightened. The ball joint supplied is compact and sufficient for most uses, although for very fluid movements, I will sometimes opt for a higher-end ball joint. For desktop-height videos, streaming, or stable indoor shooting, this stand is really well designed. It is a serious product, with a very interesting quality-price ratio.
