Resolved- Dark shadows in the corner
Update: after my review regarding the black shadows in the corner of the filter, the customer service support reach out to me and resolved the issue quickly by either sending a replacement or refund. I opted for refund since I already bought a new one from the store. Had I used the filter soon enough, I would have known the flaws right away and will asked for replacement.I am not sure if this is a product defect but it create this shadows in the corners as shown in the attached pictures. Unfortunately, it is passed returned date.
