Affordable fractal effects for photographers of any skill
Being made of actual optical glass, this filter bulges out quite significantly from the base of the aluminum edges. I should note that there's no threading on the outer side to attach any other filter or cap/cover on top of this filter. Very heavy too, and can be tricky when handling taking it from the case and attaching and vice versa.
Solidly packaged, with extra-thick padding to protect the filter, and considerate enough to include cleaning pads which I find to be a consistent feature with K&F Concept filters.
Tried it out indoors, included a before->after to see how the results compare as an amateur like me.
Reasonably priced to add to photography equipment regardless of skill, which I very much appreciate. Somewhat wish the rotatable feature of this filter changed the aperture/focus so that the fractal size effect changed instead of just their positioning, but that's probably asking too much at this price-point.
