Absolutely well made ! The neoprene neck strap is extremely comfortable which could make a huge difference with heavy gear.
I think it is important to be mentioned in the description the minimum and maximum length of the strap. I measured myself 117 cm ( 46 in.) for the minimum length and 146 cm (57 in.) when extended to maximum.
