Solidly built, optically transparent filter
The filter has great build quality and nice heft to it. Being brass, it will never get stuck on a lens, like aluminium filters do. The glass elements are pretty much optically transparent with barely any perceivable sharpness loss, even with pixel peeping. There's a very slight greenish colour cast, but it's really not an issue.
I have two suggestions for improvement:
1. These new CPL & ND2-32 Nano-X Pro filters need new silicone soft filter caps, especially designed for them, because the current ones don't fit, even if I tried to cut out spaces for filter handles.
2. While the filter case is very nice, the pull-out string is too short for a 82mm filter with handles - when I put the filter in the case, the whole string gets pulled inside the case, instead of some of it still sticking outside the slit, as it should. It just needs to be a little longer.
