The filters are very high quality and an outstanding value. The order was filled and shipped very fast. However, once it arrives in the U.S. they use third party shipper who carries it from the point of entry to your local post office and turns it over to USPS for what they call "last mile delivery". This third party shipper is horribly slow. The package sat in their hub for days before being turned over to USPS. K&F really needs to change their u.s. delivery procedures. I am deducting a star due to this.
