Excellent Customer Service
I had a disappointing experience with two outdoor trail cameras I purchased on Amazon. However, the customer service from the seller was excellent. They promptly offered to refund or replace the cameras, and sent a replacement very quickly. I will update further when I've had more opportunity to test the replacement camera.
