I got this to take pictures on my friend's speed boat, and it has definitely outlived its purpose. Now I take it pretty much everywhere we go where there is water and I grab some amazing videos with it, whether it be a pool, beach, or a lake, it never fails me. I also see another review that says it can be used as a dashcam. I don't use it for a dashcam, but it definitely can be used as one with no issues. This is an investment that will pay itself off.
