Wonderful for the price.
Packaged fine. I was excited to get these as my wired BT's cord weight makes them slip and slide. These stay fine. I have a small ear, so even the littlest sponge hurts after a bit. But, that's a personal problem. They keep powering on and off by themselves. Even with full battery. Instructions are not too clear. Battery held up fine. So far.Update: I gave up on these. Too big for my ears. Keep falling out.

Great product and phenomenal customer service
The folks at Babysense are fantastic. We had two month premature babies, so this baby shower gift sat in a box for a while. When we finally got the babies ready for their room, we opened the package to find that it came with European plugs instead of the American plugs we needed. I was putting them up on a state holiday I had from work, so I phoned the number in the box. Got a voicemail saying they were closed for the holiday and didn’t bother to leave a message figuring I’d call back another day. 45 minutes later I get a call from Richard from Babysense following up…maybe it’s a small mom and pop shop, a guy selling outta his garage or a sizeable organization. Don’t know nor care. The guy was great. He gave me his email, I sent my address, the right cords came and these are the best cameras we’ve had so far. Cannot best that level of service combined with the functionality of these things.I also like that they’re not “fancy” internet capable like another camera we have for our 2 year old. The connection between the other one we have interferes with our streaming devices when on the far side of Tempe house. This does nothing of the sort. It’s simple and effective.

Homekit compatible and easy to install
When my wife's purse was stolen, we had to change our door locks, and decided to go with one that didn't require a key. This way, it wouldn't happen again. This lock was Homekit compatible, which was important to me, as I knew that if I started installing smart features in my home, I wanted them to all integrate with each other eventually. I had ordered an installation with the lock, but when it arrived the directions were so clear and the video so step by step, I was able to cancel the engineer. The lock has awesome features. You can name your home, and their is an alert each time the door is open or closed. Our neighbor has her own code, as does our cat lady. That way, when the door is unlocked, we're not only alerted to that, but to whom opened it. You can set a code to work at only a certain time (like, when my children come home from school, their code only works between 3 and 4 pm). You can also set the lock to lock automatically. We have it set to lock 4 minutes in, since our kids often forget to lock the door behind them. It is HomeKit compatible, so the lock can be used in the same app as our EufyCam 2 external wireless video cameras.

Wow! Developers Actually Care! Thank you!
Updated review 09/22/2021:FIVE STARS!!! I was so upset with the August app changes that I wrote to the company. They actually looked into it and made new program adjustments. Just rolled out the new update that fixed it all! AMAZING! Thank you so very much! I was afraid I was going to have to take down all the camera but now everything is rolling along just fine. I really appreciate the developers showing so much care about their customers. Thanks again!Written 09/03/2021:There was an update end of August and now, you can’t record the footage that’s on your SD card in the app. I have reached out to them several times and there’s no response. Now all 8 cameras I have is garbage because I can go watch an incident but I can’t record off of it so I can provide as evidence. All you can do is take snap shots with your phone. You can only record while you are watching live. Plus there is no longer time stamp so you watch this blurb of a bar on a time line but no idea exactly what time the incident occurred. If they don’t put the functions they have taken away back, I’ll have to junk these and get something else. I guess if whatever you are watching is not important, it’s good for that. I can’t go around taking out the SD card each time to get footage.

Customer service is what sold me
The product is pretty good (4/5 stars). Battery life is decent, long enough for a 2 hour nap in the afternoon and a couple hours at night after we put the kids down and handle our adult business before going to bed. Using the feature that cycles between multiple cameras, I would estimate we can get about 8 hours from this device. The range is ok. We have a 3000 square foot hose with 3 floors. The kids rooms are on the second floor and we only lose connection when I head into the garage with the monitor in my pocket. When I take out the trash, we lose signal as well. But inside the house and excluding the garage, we never lose signal. The power button on ours was finicky. It is supposed to have an audible and tactile *click* when pressed. After 1.5 months, we lost both the audible and tactile response; we wouldn't know if the button was pushed until we saw the power light come on. About a month later, the power button stopped working altogether. This was still well within 6 months of the original purchase date so I reached out to customer support on Amazon and they shipped out a replacement monitor free of charge. Huge shout out to Nick on the customer support team, he kept me informed the whole way through and I had the replacement monitor in hand 3 days after notifying them off the issue. The customer service was excellent!!

Not for colder environments but works very well ot
The media could not be loaded.

I purchased this to compare with my Wyze cams, which are similarly priced but half the resolution. I first placed it in my unheated garage at our lake house to keep an eye on things while we are away every week. I've been very happy with how this performs but did not realize until it got under 30 degrees that this unit would fail to function. It dropped connection and went offline until it had warmed up a bit outside. I ended up moving this unit indoors and swapping it with an outdoor rated model so not a big deal. I just feel like this should be noted in the listing.I was also unaware that absolutely no events will be stored without a micro sd card installed. I am using a 64GB card with it now and it records continuously for around 3 weeks at a time, along with motion/sound alerts. Alert notifications are received almost instantly which is exactly what I was looking for. The sound detection is very sensitive and can pick up the smallest sounds compared to other cameras I've used. Motion detection is spot on and I like that it includes a photo with the alert showing the person that was identified. This is a great feature at this price point. Wireless connectivity with this unit is very good as well and is better than the Wyze cams for sure.

Excellent system, but with one glitch.
This is a really good system with many features making it an excellent choice for home use. The software isn't proprietary to Xmarto, several other manufacturers use it in their NVR's as well. It's fairly easy to navigate through and set all operating parameters to your specific needs. You do need to be somewhat computer savvy though, it's a window based system. Video clarity and color is exceptional (depending on what your using for viewing) I use a 12" HDMI monitor which works well and doesn't take up much desk space. The infrared night optics are exceptional as well. The cameras are "PIR" units (passive infra red) so there's no false triggers to annoy you. All four cameras can be configured differently for each hour, of each day of the week, for different alert types, all independent of each other. There is an alert feature built into the NVR to alert you when a zone is triggered (excellent for overnight hours when your asleep) as well as being able to send an e-mail and / or an alert to the phone app. You can configure the NVR to utilize all of these alerts or just the one's you prefer. Video playback is easily accessed and accomplished. The app itself is easy to set up and use. You can view a live feed or play back previously recorded video. The system also has the capability of two way audio, but only through the app, not through the NVR. Now for the "glitch". I get a recurring alert every morning (after the system disarms), a little red triangle that when "clicked" on opens a window stating "error message", which says "IP conflict, use different channel". It reoccurres three times and stops. I have contacted their support dept several times and they have made suggestions, but the three alerts continue every morning. After my last communication with their support dept they responded with "as long as the system is working okay, don't worry about it. We get the same type of error messages on our office computers". REALLY??? I think they gave up. It would seem that no one in their support dept understands the software, or they don't have a support dept, just someone responding to e-mails. Anyway, I decided to keep the system because the "error messages" do not affect how the system operates or performs. There is a way to disable that annoying little red triangle from popping up every morning three times with that "error message". The not so good part is that the red triangle is also used as an alert for system triggers. So I just configured the system to alert my phone when a zone is triggered and I can either use the phone to view it or go to the NVR and view it there. Not having that triangle really isn't an inconvenience. Other than that software glitch, (which doesn't affect system operations) this is a real nice system that does what it's supposed to do.

Where is the 10 ⭐️ option?????
What an amazing product. I can’t begin to tell you what a time saver it has been in downloading, viewing, saving, etc, the pictures off of my security camera I have set up outside of my girlfriends house. Well, she isn’t my girlfriend yet but I know she will be when she sees how seriously I take her security. I no longer have to linger in the area too long or make multiple trips to unload memory cards which could give away my location to would be threats. All of the pictures I have of her coming and going, her daily routine and activities, and any unwelcome visitors, are available to me in an instant. All I needed to do is plug the device into my phone and find it mounted in Files (iPhone) and I’m in. Quick saves and the memory card is back and doing its job. There’s no way she won’t love me, just no way. The extra steps I take to keep her safe….to keep threats away…it HAS to mean something to her. I mean I know this card reader was only $12.99 but I’ve put HUNDREDS into the cameras. Did I say “cameras”? Yes, plural. Extra angles means extra safe as far as I’m concerned. And I am concerned, VERY concerned. I would do anything for her. Ever since the moment she saw me at my work, I knew that look she gave me was real. She was just too shy to say anything. So, I’m giving her time. I’m giving her space. 8 months of watching over her and it will show her how committed I am to this relationship and how much I value time saving gadgets like this card reader. More time for her. I even left her a small gift on her doorstep last week. I look at my security picture of her opening it over and over again (I downloaded that pic SO quickly with the card reader). I can see it in her face. The way she stared into the woods as if she was longing to see me. It was love. Her walking it out to the garbage can was just her way of flirting. She must have known that gave me a closer picture of her. I could see a tear in her eye. She was so excited about it she almost immediately had several friends over to her house. They all seemed very excited about it. Anyhow, I don’t mean to bore you with my love life. Really just wanted to leave a great review for this card reader but sometimes I get carried away. Great value, time saver, and it’s easy to operate. Nearly perfect. Just like my girlfriend. I think I’ll leave her another gift tomorrow. One day at a time. One gift at a time. She won’t be able to resist.

Recently added VOX capability works great and the
We just purchased the Eufy Baby monitor with 2 cameras and are amazed at the picture quality - especially after coming from our previous monitor from just a few years ago. However, the Eufy that arrived did not have VOX capabilities, which allows the monitor / screen and audio to turn off unless a noise above a certain threshold turns the screen and audio back on. Instead, Eufy has this Sound Alert setting that many (including myself) do not like at all. This VOX feature, especially to those of us that used this feature in older monitors, is an absolute must have and I was about to return the product. However, I stumbled on a recent review stating that Eufy added VOX capabilities via a firmware update. To my surprise, this is true and it works great! With this added feature, there's nothing else on the market that offers the quality and feature set of the Eufy. And given that you can easily update the camera and monitor's firmware, there's a good level of future proofing that many other monitors cannot match.Downloading and installing the updated firmware is super simple. Just email Eufy's support and they'll provide easy-to-follow instructions.Eufy - Please update your product page on your home site and Amazon so that those of us complaining about the lack of VOX can see that this feature is now available.
