Sent a seemingly refurbished item
***Product works well***-But-Upon receiving, the tape seal was cut. After opening there were signs of previous use (scuff on the protective tape on the face of the device). The instruction manual was missing therefore I had to follow directions from a kind person who left a review explaining the steps on Amazon. Furthermore when attempting to set up the device, it was already named with the previous owners network. I was under the impression I purchased a new device. I factory reset the device, and it is now functioning. Concerning that it was advertised as a new item.

Provider sent false information
Provider promised reimbursement for I own several Trealife products and rate them all 5 stars. This switch is no exception.I am no electrician and found the installation straight forward. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.On the back of the switch are multiple wires colored for easy reference:Green for groundBlack ‘line’ wire that carries the voltage. This is the hot wire.White for neutralYellow for the Fan LoadRed for the Light LoadThe wires are soft and easy to work with. Wire tips are soldered for easy connections, with screw on connectors provided.I’m not using the Red wire as my fan does not have lights connected to the switch. I use this fan dimmer specifically to turn the fan on and off and change the fan speed.I use the Smart Life app to connect the switches to my wi-fi. Once the device is connected to wi-fi it will also be available in Alexa. I use Alexa for further configuration,voice control, timers, routines etc.purchase. Did not fully reimburse. Do not fall for this scam.

Kept and sent back Sony
I bought these and Sony WF 1000XM4 buds. All websites rate Sony buds better. The both fit fine. The Sony have a better range for distance from phone. That was the only thing I found to be better. I am an android user. I like the fit of Samsung better, the size in my ears and I actually thought the ANC was better. Which may be due to better fit......PHONE CALLS I called a several different people and tested out both buds without telling them what I was using and used both buds during the call. It was unanimous on their ends. The ALL preferred the sound quality of the samsung buds over the sony.

Lucky it made it/replacement sent
my box arrived with a huge gore hole from a forklift ,seems to be working fine but it obviously went thru alot of trauma to get to me.company reached out promised a replacement for me .

They actually sent 40 different flavors
What a nice surprise, someone actually didn't send a bunch of dupes. There were like 2 cold stone flavored coffees that weren't pictured but that's fine its not a big deal at all . If you want to find out which flavor is for you then this is a great start

SENT EVERYTHING ELSE BACK!!!
Truly amazed with how great the experience is when listening to music with these! If you want a head rattle from the sensory bass, they got it! If you want loud volume to block out the noise of everyday life, no problem! Skullcandy nailed it with these and made me have to send back my Beats Studio 3 and Sony XM3's within days of using these bad boys. BUY THEM NOW!!!

Broke-sent a new pair!
Update #2: zero issues w the second pair! And the battery life on these is insane!!! I use them on walks w my dog just about every single day for an hour or more and I only have to charge them maybe once a month!!! Glad their customer service was so great and sent me another pair bc they really are niceUpdate: The co sent a new pair out right away! Not broke and so far so good. Things happen, but when a co makes it right, that’s what counts!The charging pad broke after maybe only 20 uses or so! Now the right ear bud won’t charge at al, rendering them useless.Before that, the fit was pretty decent. Able to stay put for a run, not all that comfortable though. Lots of readjusting. Biggest complaint besides the charging pad breaking, was that the Bluetooth would randomly come on when they were in my purse or a different room, no movement or change, they just randomly decided to connect
