Excellent product, easy to install and program
I did not use the face plate that came with it as it went in a dual setup with a dimmer. However, the installation was easy with all the supplies accessories, and programming it to connect to Alexa was a breeze. Precisely as described in the instruction booklet. Will buy more Treatlife products.

Great product and good customer service
Finger print doesn’t always work for some reason but I love the lock and it was easy to install and program.

Great lock, easy to install and program
Great lock, easy to install and program. One improvement would be to make the auto-lock feature timer adjustable. I would like just a little more time before it locks.

Simple to install, sturdy, easy to program
Simple to install as a replacement to an existing door handle on an interior door. Needed something to keep my kids out of my home theater room. Very sturdy, easy to program. Had old mechanism off and this one on in less than 20 minutes. Very happy. Great value.
