Kamera hat die Erwartungen nach Umtausch (erste Version hatte einen Softwarefehler, Kamera konnte nicht mit anderem Medium verbunden werden) voll erfüllt. Leider ist die Beschaffung einer Fernbedienung im Verhältnis ziemlich teuer.

Compact with strong WiFI signal extender
Setup is a challenge without online support. Once you are connected to support representative, the setup process is greatly enhanced. Support personal with stay with you until setup mission is accomplished.

Amazing warranty support and customer support
I purchased and installed this product in July of 2022 and really enjoyed using it. We had a record hot summer. In late November I went to adjust the phone holder and it broke off in my hand. All four tabs that hold the phone cradle onto the ball of the mount broke off. I contacted customer support to see if they would honor the warranty. Boy did they. The agent informed me that they had received a number of similar complaints and believed it was related to excessive heat and then cooling of the mount. So they upgraded it! Rolin worked with me until I received their newest model with all the upgrades. It's significantly better than the one I purchase 6 months earlier!The folks at Torras WANT YOU TO CONTACT THEM if you have any problems. They work diligently to continue improving the product and want to make sure you are happy with it. I've not had such great support on any other product I've purchased.I'm using it with a Google Pixel 6 Pro with a heavy duty case. The holder works great!One VERY satisfied customer,Jim

Loved it but the glue pulled apart from the bracket and when I went to order a replacement part there web site is in Chinese.
