Customer service was awesome
I had issues with the camera I order. I couldn’t get the update to work. I contacted customer service and they offered a full refund or they would send another camera and not have to return the first one. I opted for the camera. After I set it up and got the update the camera and solar panel work great. The motion detector sensitivity is a great feature. That way I only pick up people and not small animals. The picture is clear whether it’s day time or night vision. I am very happy with my purchase. A special thanks to Laird for helping me out. Very professional and easy to deal with. His response time was as good as I expected. Very pleased!!!!
