I bought this camera thinking it would provide full 1080p HD video / photo as they advertised. It does not. You can barely see anyone’s face. Photos are blur. Not sure how this is useful if something indeed happens and all you have is a blurred video. I emailed the company to ask if there is a different setting for HD. I got no response.EDITED: customer service reached out and there was a setting change. After that the live feed resolution is a lot better, although the automatic screenshots are still about the same as before. As such I’m changing my rating to 4 stars.
