Daily night time routine
I use this every single night before bed. I put my phone away, put this on, and go to sleep when it’s finished. It is soo relaxing. I haven’t had it long enough to speak on whether it helps with migraines or not because I haven’t had one yet since I’ve purchased, but I can image that it’s 100% better than my microwaveable eye mask that doesn’t massage or keep heat. My boyfriend also uses this every night when I’m done

Perfect for night time reading
If you wake up earlier or go to bed before your spouse and want to get some bedtime reading in...snag this lamp! Three brightness settings but never too bright to wake up the other person.

Night time Sound Machine
For any one that travels and has had the issue with outside noises disturbing their good night sleep. My wife and I love this little sound machine. We like the rolling wave sounds of the ocean. We do not here minor noises like the auto ice maker dumping, or a elevator opening at a hotel. It is a great little sound machine that is cheaper than some of the phone apps advertised. It is very portable and easy to use. No more interstate traffic noise keeping me awake.

Perfect for night time lighting!
The motion detection is perfect for my hallway! I live in an older apartment with only one light near the stairs and none in the hallway! These help for the night and give just enough light to walk safely down the hallway. I would say they are more of a night light in regards to brightness. They have stuck perfectly to my ceiling and I love that I can recharge them. I say they last about 2 weeks off of one charge unless my daughter finds herself doing runway shows down the hall way with them! I will buy again for sure!

Great for night time reading
My son uses this on this bed for nighttime reading. It's quite bright but you can adjust it to point away and therefore create less brightness. So much better than him holding a flashlight while he reads.
