Good price for OTG USB mic & headphone plug.
My mic plug on my MB died and needed a replacement. Thought about one of those $200 amplifiers but decided to try this instead. Other side that hears me says it sounds better than my end of life MB mic plug.Good value for money. Will see how long it lasts.

A Little more umph
I didn't want to spend this much money on a mic. I returned three under $30 mics because I couldn't get them to work well with Mac Mini. With the good reviews and small size of the Samson Go Mic, I decided to give it a try. It works very well. Possibly too well for listening to my own voice. I'm merely dictating for personal use. I like the headphone output ability. It would have been nice if the case was a little larger to hold the bulky USB cable.Update 6/19/13.I have been using the iPhone for dictation since it's easy and portable. The mic has been living in the desk drawer for over a year now.

Just want a decent sound mic?
I got this mic because I hated how my Hyper X headphone's mic would pick up the sounds coming from the earpieces themselves. Out of the box it was easy to get going, pretty straight forward to activate. From just casually recording (no additional software to change the sound aside from the basic volume up and down) the sound of myself is pretty good and I like it and I'm happy I don't have to deal with the echos. This mic pics up A LOT of things like a lot, I'm sure there's a way to lower the sensitivity but from my experience it does have the ability to pick up sounds from the other rooms.

Nice Quality and Price
I bought these for teaching an online class via video conference, and I'm very pleased with the quality, particularly for the price. They are super comfortable and easy to use--just plug and go. I hear everyone very well and vice versa. Do note that the plug is for a combination mic/headphone jack--as in your computer does not have separate ones, which is true for my newer home laptop, but my older computer at work has separate headphone and audio jacks, so on that computer I have to use a splinter adapter--I have used the headset on both and didn't hear any difference in sound quality.

WORKS GREAT
I had ordered a different mic, a lav mic that attaches to your shirt with a clip and had a headphone jack plug. I had to return it because it wasn't compatible with my iMac. I could hear, but no one could hear me. Kind of defeats the purpose of the mic. So I ordered this one which is a USB plug in and it works great. I use it mostly for Zoom calls, and I keep asking people how the sound is and they say it's great. So, for the price, I thinks it's awesome. I don't "game", so I can't tell you if it's great for that.

Another high quality Razer product.
Razer just does a good job with everything. I am planning to start podcasting and grabbed this for that venture. As always, the packaging and instructions are excellent. High quality feel from the first moments. The mic is solid, heavy connects to a well designed base which is functional but nonobtrusive. The mic pivots perfectly and stays put where you want it. It appears to be Cardioid type only, so it really has to be pointed directly at you. It has three controls - on/mute button, volume and gain. Gain seems to control the mic input volume and "volume" seems to control headphone output. I made several test recordings and the sound was clean and clear. Huge upgrade over my cheaper, generic Chinese brand mic I was using previously. The fit and finish is superb all around, down to the cable, which is molded to contour seamlessly with the body of the mic. Just a small touch, but someone really cared enough to get the small touches right. This is a really stellar quality mic and i believe that you get what you pay for here.

Sturdy and Awesome!
I ordered this mic based on the amazon reviews and I am glad that I made that decision. It is a very sturdy product and delivers what it is designed for. I bought it for some vocal recordings at home and it captures the sound flawlessly. Being a condenser mic, it is very sensitive (I can hear the sound from a distant room in my headphone...lol). You must order a stand so you don't capture the sounds made by holding it in your hands in your recordings. Also, it is a bit heavy to hold.

Excellent quality with nahimic 3 in the msi ge76 r
I just recieved the headphone today and the level of sounds and bass are perfect including the mic its really clear, but I also use nahimic 3 and Dragon center at the same time which is totally great for a better experience of sound, really apreciate it but also bought the msi box with the lucky dragon plushie, together makes a nice combination in my set up thanks msi
