It looks like the sun is on my ceiling, I love it! It lights up the whole room, it’s super bright and there’s even a switch on the cord to turn it on and off

GREAT CAMERA, EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
When my camera arrived, I was having trouble getting it to work properly (a little slow with technology...LOL). I contacted customer support via email and within 30 minutes, I received a response with clear instructions on how to make sure the camera works. The camera is working fine. About a month or so later, I received an email from customer support checking to see if everything was working properly!!!!! What?! Real customer service. Then again, I had to reach out again to ask a question about motion detection and notifications. It was approximately 10pm EST, I received a response with instructions on how to activate the motion detection. Let me just say, this is a great camera for the price, really good picture quality, but the reason why I would HIGHLY recommend them, is because of the customer service. In this age of technology where you get a voicemail prompt, when all you want to do is speak to a real person, it is refreshing to know that this company gets it!! KUDOS KUDOS KUDOS!!!!

Video Distortion at 70 Degree Angle Setting--Updat
The camera has multiple angle settings for capturing video and photos. If I set the angle to 70 degrees, which minimizes "fisheye" effect in photos and video, videos and photos show distortion at the bottom of the frame, as you can see in the attached example photo.70 degrees would be a standard setting much like a 35mm camera for regular photos, so disappointing at least.Image and gyroscopic stabilization appear to work only when the camera is set to 4K, which consumes battery very quickly. This is not mentioned in the instructions.Zoom flexibility is perhaps 2 power at best.UPDATE: Apparently AKASO noticed this reply and sent me the Brave 7LE to test with no strings attached and no charge to keep. They are definitely standing behind their product. the Brave 7LE is worth considering if you want a little heavier more robust camera with more features and battery life. I still find the Brave 4 useful as long as I don't need to use a narrow angle of view. Hopefully this problem was confined to my unit. The images and stabilization are not quite as good as the 7LE.

Akaso V50 Pro
This is a pretty premium feeling budget action camera. The shell has that soft "rubbery" plastic coating that feels nice to the touch. The screen is touch and fairly pretty responsive. Menus are pretty simple to navigate with an up or down gesture.I'm not a video guru so my needs are pretty basic for an action camera. I chose the Akaso V50 Pro due to it's overall good reviews. I used to have a GoPro but to get updated features these days I just can't afford one.I am a professional photographer so I wanted to try out the stills. The image quality it's about as good as your average cellphone camera. There is artifacting going on in the image upon zooming in Lightroom but it only produces jpegs so it's no surprise really. It's not horrible if you know how to clean things up.Overall this is a great buy if you're looking for a camera to just take around and do whatever with. I look forward to capturing more of my fishing adventures.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and it
I bought this flash for my samsung nx300 and it works perfectly with it. I mean i had to fiddle and play around with setting and was ready to ship it back when my sister yelled "aww you blinded me" then i realized the flash actually worked. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and it shoots pretty slow on my camera though. I do not know why but overall i will recommend this product to camera lovers and users.

Love it!
Oh my goodness, I was so excited when this arrived in the mail! Works perfectly with my camera, works perfectly off my camera, and is fairly easy to manipulate in order to figure out how it works better.There aren't very specific instructions so if you don't have much experience with external flash, you may want to learn a bit about operation on your own before or as soon as you get this.

Multi-featured camera. Two set-up issues encounter
Camera is working as advertised so far. However, there were some issues initially. The first camera I received did not hold the wifi connection for more than a few hours for some reason. I tried troubleshooting that, including updating to the latest firmware, but couldn't get it to work properly. So I opted to get it replaced. The new one has been holding the connection just fine. The second issue was that there is a browser web plugin required to view the camera feed on my desktop. You are prompted to download this on your first use of the Amcrest app. The download seems to work, but doesn't load properly into the browser. The result is that the second time into the app, the same prompt to download the plugin reappears. I tried IE, Firefox and Chrome, all had the same issue. I contacted Amcrest support about this and Ms Jones provided a Firefox work-around that did get the plugin to work properly.Haven't had a chance to try all the features included with the camera yet, but looking forward to doing that over the coming weeks.

Great Security Camera; Even Better Technical Suppo
Our condo HOA changed over to a different internet provider and I lost my feed to my wireless camera. No matter what I tried, I could not go to live feed and had to call Amcrest Customer Support. Once again they showed me why they are the best support I have ever encountered. Kwing Lee of Amcrest Support responded to my request, set up a call time and got my camera up and running. Terrific support for their product. I intend to buy additional security cameras in the future and they will be from Amcrest. UPDATE: Just purchased my 4th Amcrest camera. The picture is terrific and the night vision is excellent. The setup of the camera is easy. I had questions on a firmware update and some general questions and as usual, Amcrest support is second to none. They make sure that all your questions are answered and double check that all is right. Again, exceptional customer support by Kwing Lee of Amcrest. With support that, I will be adding to my Amcrest cameras when I move to a new location.

Good product
So my husband got this for Christmas and is still learning it so I couldn't give it 5 stars yet. I think it's for more advanced users. The link to download for phone use or camera seems to be a joke, I have a smartphone but it won't connect for some reason. So haven't been able to use camera yet. I'll update this summer when we can get it outside and play with it some more.....
