Brand new and battery isn’t working
I need help here, i certainly purchased this because of the great reviews i’ve seen on amazon. I don’t know if im unlucky enough.Im overseas and received this 2 weeks ago and yet it cannot charge. I dont know what to do. Im in the dominican republic. Everytime i put it to charge, after 3 hours, gives me the green light and as soon as i connect it with my phone, it turns off.
