Good when they work
I have bought these earbuds twice, once in white and once in black. I bought the white pair first about a month ago and when I first received them I loved the fit of the earbuds and the sound when it worked, but they had connectivity issues. I would have sound drop from one or both ears intermittently. I sent them back for a replacement and the second pair is great.Recently I tried ordering a second pair in black to leave at work. The first pair to arrive had the same issue I described with my first white pair, but it was much worse. I sent it back immediately for a replacement. Sadly, the replacement pair also has connectivity issues, so I have returned them for a refund. Everything was tested with both my phone and laptop.Based on the 25% hit rate, this could be a one star product, but I like the pair that is working correctly a lot, so I still give it three stars. Wish I could have another pair like it, but it doesn't seem to be in the cards.
