Wonderful Customer Service
After two months of living in the headphones (10+ hrs a day), the jack became fidgety and the right ear bounced in and out. I had adored the headphones so far and emailed customer service. An immediate reply and a few days later, I had new headphones at my doorstep.The sound quality is great for listening to music & podcasts (though others can hear what you listen to relatively well), the microphone is sufficient for Dungeons & Dragons over Discord, and the comfort is SUPERB (I have a small head).Best purchase of the year! If you are settling with earbuds or uncomfortable headphones and want an upgrade at a cheap price, I highly recommend these.

I absolutely love these! They come with several gel sizes, so I was able to find one that fit, which is often hard for me. The sound is great and the price was even better!
