With my new akaso v50, when i attempt to shoot video, it says, "no file". i have created a file on the microsd card on my pc.

You have to have the Micro SD card insert it in the camera when shoot videos and take pictures. Make sure that you haven't formatted the SD card, because this action will erase all contents in the micro SD card.
