Belle qualité en aluminium mais....prévoyez une clé à filtre.
Ayant plusieurs filtres de cette marque en 82 mm, il était logique d'acheter cet adaptateur qui m'évite à moindre coût d'investir dans de nouveaux filtres de 49 mm .
Comme toujours chez K&F, c'est du costaud à un prix abordable. Les filtres de 82 mm s'adaptent très bien sûr les objectifs 49 mm, trop bien même peut être.... Le hic c'est de pouvoir les enlever même sans trop visser.

Brass is Better
There are much cheaper adapter rings. But with those cheaper aluminum rings, there comes a time when one binds up and becomes permanently affixed to your favorite filter (probably your CPL, because as you turn the filter it will tighten onto the adapter ring). I have a wrench made to separate those rings, but it’s not always enough. I have put them in the freezer to shrink the metal. All the tricks. So far I haven’t had to destroy an adapter, but I’ve come close.
So now, any time I get a specific adapter ring, I pay for the good stuff. Not because it does a better job holding my filter in place, but because it does a better job letting go. This adapter is very well-machined and screws onto my lenses almost silently. Nice!
This ring came in a nice clamshell case with a foam insert, and while it’s nice, it’s also pretty bulky. It’s good to take care of your nice things, though.

Brass step up filter.
This brass step-up ring works well; it has a smooth matte finish and knurled sides for extra grip. It also comes in a plastic case with 3 microfiber cloths.
In my case, I used this to attach a 67mm lens hood to a 58mm lens. The step-up ring was easy to install and remove without binding. The only con I noticed is that the box doesn’t match what’s inside, but otherwise it’s a solid well machined brass step-up ring.

Perfect For My Canon 50mm
I have used Canon gear forever and all of my lenses are 77mm, which means all of my filters are 77mm as well. When I recently picked up a 50mm f/1.8 lens that requires 49mm filters, I picked up this step up ring and it's worked like a charm. It screws on smoothly to my 50mm lens and my 77mm filters fit perfectly as well. Not much more to it. It does what it is supposed to do.

Works well with my variable nd filter
This step up lens filter adapter works really well that I had to get another one for my other lens. When you buy one of those expensive variable nd filter this is a solution to use it on all your other lenses as well. The build quality is pretty solid but if you have news K and F concept stuff you already know.

Well built, very solid. I don't know how to tell if it is real brass - but I would guess it is.
Just arrived, but feels extremely well built and threads perfectly. No binding of any sort attaching it to my lenses or filters to the ring. Will update review if any problems arise later. Will probably give some of their filters a try eventually too.
