I can use it on my phone and tablet
The metal sicks are typically extensible, with a handle on one end and an adjustable clamp on the other end to hold a phone in place.Its tripod is very stable. If you put it on the ground or higher, it won't fall down. We can take pictures of a lot of people standing together.

Great Product. A good buy.
This gadget is amazing. The set up was very fast and easy and it works great. I highly recommend it to those who use a smart phone for taking photos. Now, I do not have to touch my phone to take the photo. Even with my android attached to my tripod touching my phone to take the shot sometimes caused burry pictures. All taken care of with this product.

The tripod is quite functional and sturdy. I like that the cell phone adapter locks phone in place. The remote is just OK. The first one arrived did not work with any of my phones. Customer service is very responsive and fast in taking care of the issue. Just for that I'll recommend this vendor and product.

I absolutely adore my Arkon smart phone holder wit
I absolutely adore my Arkon smart phone holder with flexible legs. It's steady & sturdy. I use it as a tripod as well as a hanging phone holder (the legs are bendy and adjustable) when I don't have a surface to place it on. It doesn't tip over, the phone snaps in & out easily, and I have my phone on the charger while still broadcasting or watching on social media apps. Absolutely 100% amazing product that I highly recommend!!!

I wish it had stabilizer spikes on the feet
The tripod is nice and light. Camera mount is nice and strong. Phone adapter has a firm grip on my phone and gives me a sense of comfort of my device being protected while mounted. Ballast hook could have been a firmer material, stronger plastic or metal. And i wish the feet had terrain spikes for added stability outdoors.

Works fine just as expected
This smart phone holder works fine just as expected. Seems to hold the phone very securely. I already had a small desktop tripod and this works great with it. I like that the center of gravity is directly over the center of the tripod so unlikely that it will tip over. Don't know about reliability yet because I've only had it a couple of days. It seems sturdy enough but I'll update this review if it breaks (which I don't expect). Good product, just what I needed.

Just what I wanted!!!
I received this stand today and it seems VERY sturdy. It is heavy and has grips on the bottom of the tripod so the stand will not move around. The best thing about it is that when you adjust the phone, there is a screw mechanism that locks the phone in the various positions so you don't have to worry about the phone sliding around. I think it will be just what I was looking for.

Excellent mid-weight tripod for phone use
I brought to Yosemite recently and used it at several spots. It was fairly sturdy and held up well when I took photos (even with a portable battery attached to the phone). The little remote control is a lifesaver. I'd recommend this for the avid travel photographer who wants to pack light.

Not sure yet
I think I am going to really like this, but have only done a trial video with it so far. Phone hooks into place nicely and the tripod seems stable. Will know more after I use it awhile
