Bought camera while it was on sale for around 60 something dollars... I am spending a lot more time at work some times where I only make it home to crash for 4 to 5 hours and have to head back to work. It have ame a piece of mind. Picture decent quality day or night. WiFi connection works great, with stands sub zero temperatures... Camera is mounted under the roof of a open wall porch.. so is not directly exposed to rain, snow, or wind, but is still out side. Around 2 week ago tempetures.dropped to -30 wind chill camera operated.fine... my only complaint is the refresh rate between recordings... As in if camera detects movement records and stops there is a delay if triggered immediately again after first recording was made.. other the. That solid camera...

We already had 2 outdoor & 1 indoor Blink cameras, so added another outdoor camera. Very easy to set up & watch the videos on it. Excellent daytime quality & pretty good nighttime too. I would suggest it to others.

The Blink outdoor camera is a very good choice if you need peace of mind about what lurks outside your door. It is very easy to install and set up. Just follow the simple directions and you'll have it going in no time. I already had the older version at my front door for several years with no problems. I replaced it with this new version to get the 2 way talk ability. Moved the older one to the side door and now have it covered too. Battery life on these things are great. It was over 2 years before I had to change the battery on my old one. These are great when you are expecting a package delivery. You can see if it was placed lovingly on your porch or thrown from the street. Also nice to see who is at your door before opening it.

This is the best little camera and the easiest one I have EVER set up. Great picture and I absolutely love it!!!

I use these outside to monitor my home entrance. Battery life is good with lithium batteries. I can view these anywhere on my phone or on Alexa monitors. I paint it to match the surrounding area so it is not noticeable. Been in operation for a long time and still working.

I bought this camera about 3 months ago and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I own a point and shoot camera as well (Sony W280) and got sick of the blurring and noise that you get at higher ISOs. So I decided to go with a DSLR. Not knowing what to purchase I just went with the two largest brands, Nikon and Canon and looked at the features and ended up going with the Rebel XSI due to the price at the time (it was on sale). Honestly though, this camera is amazing, being able to do high motion and low light shots with a high ISO without having the image look like you sprayed it with red dust confetti is awesome. I've recommended this to several of my friends who are going to get one as soon as they have the money to spend.If you're considering a DSLR, I would seriously consider the XSI. I also recommend it for people just going into DSLR photography. It truly is an awesome unit.The biggest issue I have with it though is the transferring of pictures through the given USB cord. I went on a safari with friends and took about 1300 pictures and while the pictures were gorgeous, just getting them onto my macbook via USB was a pain. Apparently it goes through all of the pictures on the camera then connects itself as a device on the machine. My tip... use an external SD card reader. However, for small amounts of pictures, the USB transfer is fine.
