Easy to install and use.
I purchased this lock late last year and it worked perfectly until November of this year. I contacted support to let the know about the issue and inquired about the warranty. The SMONET team was nothing short of great and helpful, they issue me a new lock within days of my original inquiry. The lock works perfectly. It was easy to install and easy to use. The application interface makes all the options easy to use. I absolutely recommend the lock.

Very easy to use
First day review- It is easy to set up and has easy controls. I like how you can easily move the camera and the button for talking is easy to locate and use as well.Have yet to try it at night.Very satisfied

Simple & easy to use...
The media could not be loaded.
I like the fact it worked without many issues on my end user side. I attached some pictures and a video of what I do with cameras as stuff like that. I used this video camera at night and want to look into a light that mounts on top as well. I'm sure the seller might have suggestions and that will be my 1st attempt to add one for the existing camera unit. I haven't really messed with the stationary laptop web vlogs with this and probably never will. Enjoy the purchase and I suggest getting extra memory cards that has a tillion never bites on it! Thanks✌

Simple and easy to use
It is a very basic product that makes things very easy to use. We are new parents and wanted something reliable but not complicated. This fit the mold!
