Good value and great customer service
I would have given this product three stars because audio playback was poor in the recorded videos. I contacted the manufacturer and Lee in customer service was very helpful. after a couple of emails for trouble shooting that didn't fix it Lee sent me a replacement camera. The replacement camera works great; no problem with the playback audio. Bottom line is this is a great camera for the price. If the camera has a defect the company will stand by their product. Great customer service. What more can you ask?

Missing screw
For the most part this camera is great. The video/sound are clear, however the video jumps and pixelates sometimes when people walk by it. It has a strong WiFi signal, so not sure what else I can do. It was missing the security screw needed, however Amazon was very quick to work with me on that.

Simple to set up and no wiring needed
This outdoor camera is great. It was surprisingly easy to set up. It talks you through it. It even reminded me not to use 5G wifi since it's not compatible with that. It is motion sensing which makes it start recording. You use an SD card for that. Since it's solar powered there's no wiring necessary.

Great PTZ 20x zoom wifi security camera
I bought this to add security to the front of our home to watch front door, has great features such as, wifi, PTZ with 20 x zoom (see pictures), sd card slot (up to 128gb), smart night color, long throw ir night vision my street is well lit but seems the 400ft would be close, has a cruise feature where you can add positions and it will move between set up positions, humanoid alarm, built in mic and speaker, my only issue would be no alexa but the Camhipro app works, just would like to hook to my echo show. So if you are looking for a wifi PTZ security camera and don't care about Alexa connectivity this is an excellent choice would recommend to anyone in the market

Good code lock.
Great way not to have to carry around a key anymore. I chose this model because there is no WiFi.
