Easy to use
I have been using the lock over a year. It took me a few tries to get it installed properly. There is a little guide to follow, but some of the details were not super clear. I had some issues getting the lock to update with new firmware. Eventually the software was updated and the lock has worked flawlessly since. I love the auto-open and auto-lock features. We no longer need to fumble for keys to enter the house. It was an excellent purchase!

Easy to Use
I love this lock. However if the smart connect doesn’t have a strong signal to the WiFi you may run into trouble. Otherwise I love this product.

Easy to use
It's an amazing feature, lock and installation are easy to make it done, with few tools for installation. Some features don't work so accurate as I wish, like auto-unlock or assistance integration. In overall is a good product.

Easy to install, simple to use, it is at our beach house and multiple family members use along with house keeper and maintenance

Easy to use
Very easy to install. I love how you can still use a key if wifi goes out. Only thing I dislike is how far away I will be when it automatically unlocks. ( I have set to unlock for me)

Easy to use
This is a great added security for my home. It let's me know if my door is ajar or unlocked. I'm also able to lock the door with my phone. I tried to use the feature to unlock the door automatically when you are home. The app said the door unlocked, however, it was not unlocked. That is my only complaint. It was easy to install and get started on the app.
