Overall this is a great little device, I wanted a Fitbit like device that wasn’t the cost of a fitbit. I bought it for my 12 yr old son to wear at school because it has a clock and the ability to set a silent vibration alarm, he has ADHD and anxiety and I can set it to remind him to take his medication at school and it has 100% eliminated his anxiety about watching the clock at school when medication time is getting closer. I wish I would have bought it years ago. I would have given this 5 stars except for the charging issue. This has great battery life, but it does need to be charged every 10 days or so. You are supposed to easily plug it into any USB port to charge, the little red light comes on to indicate it’s charging and boom that’s it. Only that’s not it. It’s multiple tries of putting into multiple USB ports, it multiple configurations (upside down, right side up) then jiggling it, unplugging, replugging, swearing a lot, walking away for 10 minutes, then repeat, then giving up, then coming back the next day. Then presto - it charges right away - sometimes - or sometimes you repeat the first part again - every time you charge it, or attempt to, you just never know. It’s incredibly frustrating.
