High quality, great battery, easy to use
Product is easy to use. I listen to music while exercising, but when a call comes in, one simple touch and I get my call. Battery charge lasts a long time. Very pleased with this product.

Perfect for Zoom call lighting
Such a cute lamp for such a good price! I use it for so much! I can connect it to my laptop or just to my extension cord on my desk. I would say it lasts about an hour or two before it starts to dim but I don't mind. It is very flexible so I do use it as lighting for my virtual meetings often to illuminate my face.

NOT FOR CALL CENTER PHONE AGENTS
Fantastic for regular phone calls, but once you try to receive an incoming call, something about the software messes up your headset and turns off the sound. You have to keep turning on the sound. So great for normal incoming calls, but not if you have complex online software for a call center. I want to find a headset that will work for that and not deactivate the headset. Very scary when it happens!

Great conference call light.
The warm light makes me look alot less washed out by the colour of my laptop screen.

I call it mood lighting
Low profile and versatile. Helps with my eye fatigue while working on my computer. I struggle with getting enough light into my eyes, but I don't necessarily need the lights to be super bright. I like that this lamp can be adjusted with the lighting condition in my room. Its also very sturdy and can swing, (I have an L shaped desk)

Really good call quality.
In several meetings I've been told that I have great voice quality and asked what brand of earpiece I had.I am on calls all day and the battery lasts.
