A VERY Hot mic!
Excellent microphone. There are many good reviews online that tell you how good this is. My only "complaint" is, the mic is VERY hot, even on the lowest volume setting. I'd like to be able to set the volume even lower but that is impossible. I can't imagine why I would ever have a need to increase the volume past 1.

Some important info
I have only 2 complaints about this Microphone. The first is from a software perspective and that is there is none for this product. The second is the sound is low; even after whatever I am using it with I have it turned all the way up and still a low output volume. It would have been nice for some basic software to control the mic and have a mic gain boost to help with the low output volume.

Volume is low.
The volume does not go as high as I would like, but other than that it is a great speaker

Volume is very low.
Great little speaker for the bathroom. Don’t try to use by the pool or patio., just doesn’t have it.

Very ambitious product, but MAX volume, too low
Average quality, light, comfortable, great microphone, low volume speaker, easy to handle. Not comparable with top brands, but consistently does the basic job - Technocatguru

Volume is too low
Volume is really low. I wanted it for the shower and I couldn’t hear over the noise of the shower.****EDIT: The company contacted me and they sent me a new speaker. The new speaker still has low sound. My iPhone X speaker is louder. The company stated it might be a bad batch. I changed my rating from 2 to 4 because of the customer service.

Volume low

Low Volume
Great picture quality except the volume is so low!!

Excellent
Good. In high volume the sound is excellent but when we reduced to 50 the volume is too low not at all audible in low volume
