Great Customer Service
Great baby monitor and even better customer service. The charger stopped working a year after having it. Customer service sent me a new charger ASAP for free!

Waiting for customer service from the manufacturer to handle the issue. Have no clue why it's not working.Update: customer service replaced the unit immediately. Works beautifully.

Good Product; Easy to Install
This particular Kasa switch is a good product and was easy to install following the Kasa App step by step instructions. But, a word of caution. If you need customer support or customer service, do NOT purchase. The Kasa customer support/service is essentially nonexistent. Very disappointing. Over 7 months into the 'covid situation,' Kasa seems to blame covid for their failure to provide decent customer support/service.

Tripod Broke but Good Customer Service
