Best Droin
I didn't realize that this was a drone for beginners until I started to watch "how-to videos" but it really is easy to operate. What was more impressive for me was the customer service I received when my drone didn't work properly. I started to return through Amazon but I became impatient and decided to call their customer service. This was a Christmas gift and I wrote them an email on Christmas day not expecting to hear from them but I did. The return process was easy, there weren't many questions asked other than what happened. I received the replacement about a week later and they covered the return postage. They remained in contact with me ensuring that the replacement was working properly and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the process. Bravo!!And onto the drone itself. This is my first drone and if that is your situation I would watch the videos on Youtube. They go over everything from connection, using the remote, and all the features in the app. It flies great and I'm still learnignn to use it but I look forward to using the product.

Great beginner drone
Right out the box this drone is awesome. It comes with a charged battery ready to use. I crashed it on the first couple tries but it's easy enough to learn how to fly once you do it for a little bit. After the first day I was an amateur pilot which felt pretty good. The camera function is great used by an app through your smartphone which is pretty simple to connect.(Warning do not fly in wind the drone is very light and will get carried away easily). Not for kids under 10. Also the customer service for this company is awesome they go above and beyond to give great customer satisfaction.

A Drone With Voice Control
This drone is a great value for the price. Each battery gives about 10 minutes of flying time, and it comes with two for a total of 20 minutes. 1080 camera give some nice pictures. But, most of all, I really like the voice and gesture control. We also like the flight manual that comes with it for logging hours. One note....make sure you use it in a wide opened space as we almost lost the drone from an unexpected gust of wind. Thankfully, we retrieved it. Great value, great customer service. Holy Stone is the best!

Quality drone at any price
I must say I am absolutely thrilled with this drone. It has performed above and beyond my expectations and frankly being someone who has had the top of the line this drone performs up to that level at 1/4 the price. Also if you have an iPhone 11 Pro, first of all sorry, it’s a terrible phone second you may have Wi-Fi range issues transmitting video. It’s not the drone, it’s the phone’s weak WiFi. I did a test with a Motorola phone and the video transmission was 800 m perfectly smooth. When I was having this problem with my phone I had a very good interactions with their customer service who was Quick to respond and easy to communicate with so that being said I’m very happy with my purchase.

It's a lot of fun without a big leaarning curve.
I'm a senior citizen and wanted a small fun drone to play with that was not too difficult to learn, but didn't feel like a child's toy. This fits the bill exactly and is super compact to take anywhere. I like the three speed option and the collision avoidance function! And I was very impressed with the quick response to customer service when I had a question :)

Excellent Camera
I absolutely love this camera. I use it along side my mavic air 4K drone and GH4, and I’m extremely impressed with the quality and usability. Customer service is very responsive and supportive. I definitely recommend this cheaper alternative to the Go-Pro, especially after having experience using an actual Go-Pro in the past.

Edit: The company was very responsive to my problems with the drone and they actually ended up sending me a replacement that worked much better in the wind. The video quality was better as well. I will always acknowledge excellent customer service and I really got that from these guys.Pros:It’s very fastIt actually worksBattery life is good for a droneBuild quality is reasonable for the priceAfter you learn to fly it it can be funCons:The video is not really watchableCan only be flown inside as the slightest wind will knock this overMore difficult to learn how to fly then it indicatesThis is a toy only, not a serious drone

It disappeared!!!!!!! UPDATE!!!
Lasted less than 1 hour!Took off as fast as a rocket , watched it fly away and never came backFlew about a mile and never found it.The return button is why I bought it.Pretty sad to watch my $80 disappear!Funny but not funny.Never again.I bought what I thought would be a better drone than the cheap ones.Had good reviews???Live and learn. SmhUPDATE!!! Holy Stone customer service was AWESOME.After I talked to them they sent a new drone and it’s perfect.Thanks.
