Solid and sturdy at a decent price. The product description is accurate. These are as good a stand as you can find barring the original, traditional MATTHEWS / HOLLYWOOD mid duty stand that goes for $161. The Spex and construction are on par, however the MATTHEWS stand claims to support 25 lb max payload whereas these claim 22 lb max
