Kneecap that promises but doesn't deliver
This ball joint promises good load capacity with a compact size. The first
thing is that the fit of the ball seems firm but may interfere with the adjustment base of the shoe.
The second thing is that the screw for adjusting the panoramic rotation, despite being tightened to the maximum, cannot fully fix the ball joint. It still has a certain movement.

Update 12/04: K&F concept customer service, they sent me another ball joint because it seemed that the panoramic swivel screw kit was a defect in my unit.
The new ball joint is now firmly fixed when you tighten that screw. Thank you very much KF CONCEPT!
