I decided on this brand because of the reviews, and I am sure, also because of the affordable price. After trying it, the easel didn't meet my expectations, it was weak and it couldn't hold the car. One of the luxury of buying I make the easel back. Not even after 24 hours does customer service contact me, what can I say. Excellent service, I would never have expected such nice and friendly people. They replaced my easel in no time, and what I got was perfect. The head problem was gone. Obviously he was only one with the problem and it was my turn. The easel holds up very well (i.e. the head). I mounted a Canon f2.8 off-axis, a lens of considerable weight, which then should never be mounted in this way, and the head, as soon as I squeezed, held up very well without moving. Not only is the easel, for its price, worth it, but so is the parent company. They are friendly and understand the problems right away, truly spectacular warranty service.
