Beautiful shoulder strap from K&F, great quality materials and impeccable workmanship. Leather, very refined and sturdy canvas, and brushed aluminum.

The shoulder strap attaches to the camera via clips, so it can be removed very quickly. The clips have a safety pin so accidental release is practically impossible.

The shoulder strap has a very wide section, I would say that it is sized either for particularly heavy loads - I'm thinking of a reflex with some bright lenses - or for continuous use, for example even a mirrorless but to document a wedding. When you have the camera around your neck all day it becomes heavy anyway.

The strap has for a good part of its length, I would say about 60%, an additional thin padding hidden directly inside the strap itself that makes it more comfortable and suitable for demanding jobs. This additional padding is so long that if you don't want to fit it into the aluminum grooves for adjustment - which is possible anyway - you can shorten the strap just a little, hence all the reports that the strap is excessively long. Tightening it to the maximum but without passing the padding through the aluminum throat is correct for me: Lateral use, height 185 cm, slender figure. Otherwise it is certainly possible to lengthen it, but also tighten it.

It is an excellent strap, of indisputable quality and design. I am using it with a D810 with 24-70, 15-30 Tamron (very heavy) and 70 - 200 and the camera seems incredibly light. If you have my numbers it will fit you perfectly, otherwise you will have to pass part of the padding through the adjustment buckle, without hesitation.
